Our reception team are here to help you and are your link with the rest of the health care team. They may need to ask you further details about your requests when you call the surgery or when you telephone. They are not being intrusive, they are just trying to make sure you see or talk to the most appropriate person. All staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
